All work undertaken is charged at an hourly rate of £20 (but keep an eye out for any special offers), unless circumstances suggest that a flat rate would be more beneficial.  This will clearly be dependent upon what level of service you require, hence why I offer you an initial consultation which is free so that the level of commitment that you require from me can be agreed upon. 

Following the initial free consultation, and prior to the commencement of any work, Terms of Engagement must be signed.  These will specify your agreement with me as to the work you want me to undertake and what I expect from you in return.

In particular, and in addition to whatever else we may agree, the following is standard:

·         Payments are to be made no later than 10 days after the invoice date

·         Payments can be made by cash, cheque or bank transfer

·         Contracts may be terminated with 28 days notice, in writing, by either party

·         Whilst every effort is made to ensure that I provide a reliable service, Numbers Without Tears Bookkeeping Services cannot be held responsible for any loss of service or lost information

·         Numbers Without Tears Bookkeeping Services cannot be held responsible for complete or inaccurate bookkeeping caused as a result of the non-inclusion or withholding of information by the client

·         For Health and Safety reasons, Numbers Without Tears Bookkeeping Services premises are not open to personal visitors
